Missouri Capital One Cup

This is an attempt to apply the NCAA Capital One Cup criteria to a high school sports year to determine what schools had the best performance across activities of a given year.

I played high school sports "back in the day" and have kids that play/played. I thought it would a fun exercise to apply the college sports "Capital One Cup" rules to MO high schools (some modifications necessary).
